How to take your measurements Description: Turn your child's frown upside down in this girl's clown dress! Perfect for Halloween, a circus or birthday party, this costume includes a blue headband with an attached yellow hat. The hat is made from foam to maintain its shape and has a purple flower attached in the front. It accents the white, polyester dress that is covered in blue, yellow and green polka dots. A blue, foam inset is sewn in at the top and yellow, foam pockets are sewn on at the hips. The pockets are decorated with a green star and the dress is trimmed in red ruffles around the neck, sleeves and bottom. The dress velcros in the back for easy closure and elastic is sewn into the sleeves to give them a puffy look. Elastic is also sewn in to the bottom of the included red bloomers. The bloomers are also made from polyester and have an elastic waistband for a comfortable fit. Really give her something to smile about when you add any of our clown props like the squirting flower or squeaking nose!
