How to take your measurements Description: Become the hit of the circus in this women's Giggles the Clown costume! The funny costume includes two, rainbow-colored hair ties that have a fastened red or blue pom pom. They accent the yellow dress that is decorated with red, green, blue and orange polka dots. The short sleeves are rainbow colored and it features a white collar with rainbow trim. Large red and blue pom poms are attached to the dress in the middle for a classic clown look. The dress ties in the back for closure and has a hoop skirt. White bloomers are worn under the dress and are also trimmed in rainbow colors. They have an elastic waistband and cuffs for a secure and comfortable fit. A matching pair or shoe covers are secured to your shoes with elastic. Add our squirting flower, jumbo shoes or orange wig for the complete look!
